Contractors do not choose between different pricing plans. Every approved contractor follows the same ScopePair fee schedule for project opportunities that originate through ScopePair.
Due when you choose to pursue a qualified ScopePair project opportunity.
If the project owner requests a formal bid, your total ScopePair fee through this stage becomes $500. The original $250 is credited, so only another $250 becomes due.
If you win the project, ScopePair's total fee is 10% of the awarded contract value. Any ScopePair opportunity and bid fees already paid for that project are credited toward the 10%.
ScopePair tracks project opportunities, bid milestones, and awards that originate through the platform. Contractors independently provide estimates, negotiate terms, execute contracts, perform work, provide warranties, and collect payment directly from customers.
There is no fee to apply. Approved contractors may receive project opportunities that fit their trade, service area, and project profile.
